Weekly Lessons

We recommend new drivers start with a course of regular weekly lessons. This allows time to absorb information between lessons and to prepare for the next one.

Intensive and semi-intensive courses

It is possible to pass your test in a week - although this needs careful planning due to the delays in booking a test. You also need to pass your theory test beforehand. For those with a little more time, try a semi intensive course over eight weeks or less. More details...

Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a government sponsored scheme available soon after passing your driving test. The course lasts at least 6 hours and in return you get substantial discounts from many leading insurers. This can easily cover the cost of the course and will give you greater confidence in driving conditions not encountered before your test. More Details...

Test Preparation

If you have been learning to drive without a qualified driving instructor, the chances are you are not up to the standard required for the test and have picked up some bad habits. We offer a test preparation service which starts with a 2 hour assessment drive (can include a mock test if you feel ready for this). After the drive, we will give you honest advice about how ready you are and what you need to do to get you to test standard. Please note, if you want to use the driving school car during a DSA test, we insist you take at least 5 hours of lessons with us beforehand. This is so you can properly practice in the school car which may be different to the car you have used so far.

Extended Driving Test - Preparation

Having to take a test to regain your licence? Don't worry, we can prepare you and get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Evaluation drives

Passed your test but not driven for a while? Not confident? Want to assess a potential employee's driving ability? Thinking about taking an advanced driving test? We will take you out for a two hour driving assessment in different road conditions. At the end, you will be given a written report on your performance.

Driver improvement training

Are you a qualified driver but frightened of motorways or hate parking? A couple of driving lessons concentrating on a subject of your choosing could get you (and your car) pointing in the right direction. We can even do this in your own car. This course is also a suitable gift for a relative who’s driving gives you cause for concern.

Advanced driver training

Driving tuition for experienced drivers wanting to improve their driving skills in preparation for an advanced test or for companies wanting to improve their employee's driving. Many insurance companies give discounts to advanced motorists. We recommend the DIAmond advanced test.
